We welcome you to be a part of our group!
Your membership helps the Friends build and maintain trails, aids our efforts to protect wildlife, wetlands, water quality and access for all citizens, including the handicapped so that everyone may enjoy and use our public lands. Our dream is to help to develop easier access to the refuge and to continue efforts to build birding towers, boat docks, trail bridges, as well as directional and interpretative signs. We hope to be able to educate, take and inspire the next generation of citizens who will protect our wildlife areas in the future.
As a Friends member, you will receive invitations to member only events such as paddle, hiking and birding activities planned by the Friends group. You will also learn of other projects and activities we participate in and will be invited to the annual Friends membership meeting.
